Simmetry's Tactical Data Link (TDL) products have been selected for integration into drone control ground stations used by USN and US Marine operators. Simmetry's Terminal Control Unit (TCU) and other accessory parts were selected for use as the best off-the-shelf solution for rapidly incorporating a Link 16 TDL into the existing ground station hardware sets; and also due to the simplicity of integrating these parts into the limited space/weight/power available in the hardware set.

Simmetry's Tactical Data Link (TDL) products have been flight proven by the Royal Australian Air Force. Simmetry's STT Integrated Controller (STTIC) and associated accessory products, which were previously adopted for use by ground components of the RAAF, were successfully flight tested aboard a C-130 aircraft in a roll-on / roll-off configuration. The products are part of a tactical, 100 lb., 4U rugged transit case product, which provides a complete Link-16 TDL solution in the minimal SWaP (size, weight and power) for the RAAF users.
