Simmetry Solutions Inc. has been awarded a subcontract by Booz Allen Hamilton Engineering Services, to provide software engineering services in support of the Net-Centric Weapon Test and Evaluation Environment (NCWTEE). Simmetry will be leading the development of key technology in support of the program, specifically in the area of distributed RF modeling and simulation. The development of the NCWTEE capability is anticipated to be a multi-year effort, with development and initial deployment occurring through 2018.

Simmetry has been contracted to take over all software development and maintenance responsibilities for the JTTOCC 3D Common Operating Picture (COP) and associated data ingest and processing software. Simmetry will be enhancing the JTTOCC system to support the display of infrared and visible satellite imagery, meteorological radar imagery, local weather sensor feeds, and National Weather Service warnings, watches, and advisories.
